Marketing Materials- We will supply you with some initial marketing materials including pamphlets, postcards, a window sticker and a yard sign for the exterior of your practice. More marketing materials are available to order with your address.
Refunds- We are proud to offer a 90 day buy back guarantee on all of our products for your initial order. If you have any items that are not selling in your area, you have 90 days to swap them out with a more popular item or refund your money back. We want to ensure that your inventory matches your sales.

Education- Having a solid understanding of the products you are selling is integral as a health professional. That is why we are happy to provide education to your entire team. We view CBD as a health product and should be treated as such. We are here to ensure your team is prepared to talk to your patients about any questions they may have.
Shipping- Any orders submitted before 3 PM EST (Monday through Friday) will be fulfilled and shipped that day. Most orders can be expected to arrive within a week's time. All orders above $500 will be shipped free. All orders below $500 with be shipped with a $26 fee. In the case of damaged product, please submit a photograph and details of the product that was broken and we will credit your account or send a replacement with the next shipment. If it is an item needed right away we can ship it individually.
