Ingredients
Cannabidiol (Industrial Hemp) 8.3mg, Fractionated Coconut Oil (MCT), C02 Exracted Hemp Oil.
Dosing
Always shake bottle before use.
Take 0.5-1mL (33.3mg) sublingually (under the tongue) once or twice daily.
Use daily or as needed. Increase dosage as necessary to reach the desired effect. -Individual results may vary-

I've heard so much about this brand and I talked to a friend of mine who uses this for sleep and anxiety, but she said it suprisingly also helped her go to the bathroom regularly (which is a problem of mine) so I decided to get this 500mg isolate and it has worked wonders for me I tell ALL my friends about this brand!! (I get drug tested regularly at work so I have to use the isolate cbd)
Anxiety

Works miracles
