We encourage our customers to place an order when half of their CBD is gone. This will prevent shipping delays and ensures you are not out of CBD. We ship to all 50 states in the USA and internationally.

Return and Refund Policy: We want you to feel confident with your CBD purchase and want to provide you with excellent customer service. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product to carolinaCBDpharmacy@gmail.com. You will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged and photo proof during shipping within that timeframe.
If you are not satisfied with our products, you may request a refund of the full purchase price within 30 days of the product received date. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Order Processing, Timing and Delivery Method: Your shipping charges will be calculated and viewable at checkout. After an order has been received in our system, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to ship. Shipments are sent using USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, FedEx SmartPost, FedEx Express Saver, FedEx 2 Day and FedEx Standard Overnight. Shipping times is dependent on location from our warehouse and fulfillment center located in Myrtle Beach, SC. Typical shipping times may vary from 4-7 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing times. This does not include any potential for inclement weather or holidays.
